Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl cream together the butter, sugars and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time mixing well.

Add flour, baking soda, salt and mix well about 1 min until combined. Fold in the white chocolate, dried cranberries and macadamia nuts.

Form dough balls (about 3 tablespoons) and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave room for the cookies to spread. Bake at 375 degrees for 11-14 min or until bottoms are golden brown around the edges. Cookies will look puffy but let them cool before transferring to cookie rack. Enjoy!
