½ cupvegetable oil
¾ cupgreek yoghurt
1 tablespoonvanilla extract

210gall purpose flour
or plain
⅔ cupcocoa powder
1 ½ teaspoonsbaking powder
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 cupwhite sugar
¾ teaspoonsalt
0.5 barmilk chocolate bar
chopped
½ cupdark chocolate bar
chopped
1 cupsemi sweet chocolate chips
¼ cupmilk chocolate chips

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°c
Step 2
In a large bowl, add all wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients (remember to sift) and mix until combined.
Step 4
Pour the dry mixture into wet ingredients and fold in the mixture until combined.
Step 5
Add in chocolate and fold in until incorporated.
Step 6
Add toppings of your choice.
Step 7
Line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners and scoop in the mixture until the liner is 1/2-3/4 full with batter. Drop the tray lightly on the table a few times to eliminate any air bubbles.
Step 8
Bake for 20 minutes (adjust times depending on your oven) and rotate the tray when 10 minutes pass. To ensure they are fully cooked, insert a skewer in the center of one of the cupcakes. If the skewer comes out clean or a little crumby, it's finished.
Step 9
Take it out of the oven and allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Add toppings of your choice.
