Step 1
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook beef with the garlic until it’s completely browned, then drain off excess fat.
2. Pour in marinara sauce 3. Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
4. Add pasta and 1 cup water, stir, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
5.Add the sour cream.
6. Stir until it’s all combined.
7. Throw in the mozzarella, chopped basil and serve.
