Step 1
Boil elbow macaroni
Step 2
Chop bacon and cook til crispy. ( save grease)
Step 3
In a bowl add eggs and whisk. Next add milk, salt, garlic powder and sour cream and whisk until smooth.
Step 4
Drain pasta and pour back into pot.
Step 5
Cut Velveeta into pieces and add to pasta and stir. Add cheddar cheese and monterrey jack cheese and stir. Add bacon and butter and stir.
Step 6
Add egg mixture to pasta and stir.
Step 7
Pour bacon grease into cast iron pan and coat pan completely bottom and sides.
Step 8
Pour pasta into cast iron pan and top with more cheddar and monterrey jack cheese.
Step 9
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
