Instructions

Step 1
2-3 Tbs oil to frying pan

Chicken breast or fillet +- 4 chicken breasts. Cut in half +- 10 to 15 mm thick. Salt and pepper chicken. Brown chicken in pan and remove from pan set aside.
Step 3
1 Large onion and garlic Finley chopped and sorty in same pan where chicken where browned. Add 1 cup chicken broth. Deglase pan when broth when broth start boiling add sun dried tomatoes 3 to 4 tbs and 3 to 4 tbs cream cheese ad 3 to 4 tbs parmisan cheese mix wel.
Step 4
Ad 1 cub cream to pan bring to boil mixed Al the time set heat to med let sous thickened.
Step 5
Ad 2 - 3 Cups full of baby spinach let it settle in. Return meat into sous and cover with sous let simmer for 5 to 10 min.
Step 6
Boil penne paste and serve meat and sous with pasta.
