Cheesy Garlic Toast Spread

Whips up quickly in a food processor and stores well in the refrigerator. This would work with other fresh herbs as well as sundried tomatoes.

Instructions
Step 1
In bowl of food processor, add garlic and parmesan. Pulse until finely processed. Add mozzarella and pulse until well combined. Add parsley leaves and pulse gently until just combined.





Step 2
Empty processor contents into the bowl. Mix in olive oil a little at a time to lightly coat the mix
Step 3
Heat oven to 375F.

Step 4
Lay baguette on side and using a bread knife, slice 1 inch thick slices on the diagonal, creating a large surface area



Step 5
Spread the mix on each slice, place on baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes, until golden brown with some dark edges
