Clean and soak mung bean for at least 24hours, drain and put in the bowl of pressure cooker/instant pot; Slice pumpkin into small bite size, add pumpkin in the pot with mung bean, pour in water, pressure cook for 30 minutes, store in fridge for a few hours to cool down the soup and serve cold with sugar/honey, enjoy!
