Instructions
Step 1
Quarter whole chicken, Wash and cut Green onions trimmed and cut in half, wash and cut ginger 1/4 inch
Step 2
Add all ingredients into large pot staring with fruit/vegies followed by chicken parts
Step 3
Boil on high for 10 hours or more stiring occasionally and adding water throughout to keep same level throughout cooking
Step 4
Strain mixture and store
