Instructions

Step 1
1.Heat oven to 180C/160C/Gas 4.
Step 2
2.Butter a loaf tin and line it with parchment paper.
Step 3
3.Cream your softened butter and your caster sugar until light and fluffy, slowly add your eggs with a little flour.
Step 4
4.Fold in the rest of the flour and add then mashed bananas.
Step 5
5.Pour into a loaf tin and cook for about 50 mins.
Step 6
6. Let it cool on a wire rack and flip it.
Step 7
7.Mix your icing sugar with some water then drizzle over the top.
