Ingredients
6 servings

2 lbsGround beef
or turkey, your choice of meat

2 sachetscole slaw mix
or other brand, classic

4green onions

3 teaspoonsgarlic
minced, I used real garlic and only cut a few slices, adjust to taste

3 tablespoonssoy sauce
I used light soy sauce to taste, doesn't have to be exact

2 tablespoonssesame oil

2 teaspoonscrushed red pepper
optional

2 teaspoonsground ginger
Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground beef/turkey in the skillet as you normally would.
Step 2
In a separate skillet, add sesame oil, green onions and chopped garlic together and saute until softened. Add soy sauce and cole slaw mix, crushed red pepper & ground ginger and cook it to mostly tender, still crunchy. Once this was done, drain the excess fat from the ground beef an add it to the skillet with the rest of the ingredients and stir it in. If needed add a touch more soy sauce to taste.
