1. Melt butter. Whisk melted butter into sugar till homogenous.

2. Whisk in eggs one at a time waiting until each egg is incorporated before adding the next.

3. Sift dry ingredients and fold into batter.

4. Cover and allow to cool till set and firm.

5. Use a portion scoop to scoop cookie dough.

6. Place on parchment covered sheet pan, flatten with palm of hand, cover with powder sugar.
