Step 1
cut cauliflower into smaller pieces, put them on baking paper, sprinkle with curry powder and salt and add some olive oil over it. put cherry tomatoes next to it. sent to the oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes









Step 2
grill shrimps on a grill pan with some olive oil



Step 3
grill pita bread on a dry pan


Step 4
open a pita and spread its inner sides with hummus. put shrimps, baked cauliflower and tomatoes into it. pour with tahini, sprinkle with zaatar and sesame seeds
