Step 1
Add the seasoning to the meat and massage it into the meat.
Step 2
Let the meat marinate for minimum 1 hour, better for one day.
Step 3
Place the meat between 2 halves of cling film and pat it flat to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm.
Step 4
Cut the pieces of meat in half.
Step 5
Skewer 2 shashlik skewers into the onion at a distance of 2 cm from each other.

Now skewer all the meat on the skewers.
Step 7
Finish with half the tomato.
Step 8
Place the meat in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Grilled vegetables

Meanwhile, slice the zucchini, eggplant and bell pepper.

Place the vegetables on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and season.

Also grill the vegetables at 200 degrees circulation air for approx. 20-30 minutes

Finely mince the dill, parsley and garlic.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Cut the pita breads in half without cutting them all the way through.

Then heat in a pan or in the oven for approx. 1 min.

Cut the kebab meat off the skewer with a knife.

Now fill the pita breads with the meat, grilled vegetables and sauce. Enjoy!
