Step 1
Season chicken with salt & pepper
Step 2
Heat olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side or until browned and chicken reaches 165 degrees. Remove chicken from pan and set aside - cover lightly with foil
Step 3
Add butter and garlic to the pan. Cool 30 seconds
Step 4
Stir in white wine, making sure to get the browned bits from the pan. Simmer about 3 minutes
Step 5
Whisk remaining ingredients and simmer another 3 minutes
Step 6
Add chicken back to the pan, cook 2 minutes
