Step 1
Heat oven to 350-degrees. In a saucepan, combine milk, flour, and garlic salt. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and boiling. Reserve 1/2 cup for top layer. Stir spinach into remaining white sauce. In bowl, combine cottage cheese and mozzarella. Spread 1/2 cup of spinach sauce on bottom of ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with 3 lasagna noodles, half of the cheese mixture , and half of the spinach sauce. Repeat layer. Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles and reserved white sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
