Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow bowl or plate wet rice paper on each side making it soft enough to roll
Step 2
Fold the insides of the rice paper roll inwards to make a “rectangle” shape. Roll inwards. Repeat with all rice papers.
Step 3
Cut each roll in half and stack it onto a skewer
Step 4
Mix together garlic, spring onions, oyster sauce, sugar, chilli flakes.
Step 5
Add each skewer to a lightly oiled pan on a medium heat
Step 6
Immediately pour sauce on top, coating and flipping until sticky
