Instructions

Step 1
Cook and stir sausage in a medium saucepan over medium heat until evenly browned; drain.
Step 2
Cook Hash Browns as package direction.
Step 3
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, saute onions until tender, about 10 minutes. Add Hash Browns and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Place potato mixture in the oiled baking dish. Cover with sausage. Sprinkle with cheese, top with eggs, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven at 350, or until eggs are fully cooked.
