Homemade ice cream (no ice cream machine needed)

Easy, carefree homemade ice cream with no need of ice cream machine. All you need is a whisker and 2 bowls.
Tips:
1. I would use cellophane to cover the ice cream before I freeze it.
2. Make sure the heavy cream does not contain extra sugar to avoid a super sweet result.

Step 1
Whisk heavy cream till it thickens. You pour the sweet condensed milk into a bowl and start adding slowly your whipped cream with a spatula. It is now time to add any extra ingredients you wish. I added 1,5 packets of Oreo biscuits. You may add vanilla extract, fruits or chocolate/cocoa.
Step 2
Place your mixture into a large bowl and into the freezer for at least 3 hours.
Step 3

Βάζεις το μείγμα σε φορμα ή μπωλ και το βάζεις κατάψυξη για 3+ ώρες.
