Step 1
In large pot, boil water, put steamer on, turn medium
Step 2
Beat eggs in measuring cup, mix with water (add 1 tsp chicken flavoring) or stock/milk, 1 tsp yondu; make sure water is lukewarm.
Step 3
Strain to remove bubbles; (opt) equally divide into two tea cups
Step 4
Cover bowl/cups with a plate on top/film. Steam on medium (big burner) for 8min, turn off heat for another 5min.
Step 5
Put a spoon of soy sauce and drops of sesame oil. Garnish with finely chopped GO.
