Beets Colored Sweet Rice Shumai
7 steps
Prep:1hCook:20min
I wouldn't say I like artifisual color. I used beets juice powder for food coloring. It came out pretty. Great appetizer for a party! Serve with garlic chili oil or ponzu would be great. If you like dim sum fans, you'll love this. Please check my TikTok for this dish. TikTok (@kuritomo), and my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking).
