Step 1
Chop green onion. Crack eggs in a bowl, add some salt to mix finely, slowly pour cold boiled water in the egg. Drain egg liquid with a mesh strainer to remove residue and bubbles, then pour the good egg liquid in a Bowl. Finally add bacon oil in the egg batter.
Step 2
Place the bowl in a steamer, steam for 10 minutes. Let it sit for 30 seconds after cooking time is completed. Finally, pour light soy sauce over steamed egg and drop some green onions on the top to complete the final look.
