After many years of trial and error, I found the perfect quiche recipe. I make it when guests come, church potlucks and even freeze them for later.

Step 1
Preset oven
OvenPreheat
Step 2
Prepare pie plate with olive oil or avocado spray. Coat well.
Step 3
Press dough into prepared pie plate. Pinch edges.
Step 4
In a small skillet, melt butter. Cook onions until run clear. Add ham cubes and stir well. Cook 3 minutes on low. Remove from heat and set aside
Step 5
In a large bowl, whisk eggs & milk. Stir in cheese and spices. Once blended add spinach and ham mixture. Blend. Pour into prepared pie shell.
Step 6
Top with additional parsley. Bake in center oven 25-35 minutes. Using the knife test for doneness.
FOR CRUSTLESS:
Step 7
Omit the pie crust. Be sure your pie plate is well oiled. Use 8 eggs and omit pie crust.
