As you know I’ve been making these high protein oat cookies for years n years and they never get old. Such a quick & convenient brekkie and so easy to deck out in a bowl with all ur other fave bits. Ingredients for this batch of 10 cookies:
⭐️ 3 bananas
⭐️ 90g
NEW M&Ms protein powder
⭐️ Almond milk to mix the protein into a paste (you’ll need extra if you use vegan protein)
⭐️ 120g oats
⭐️ 1 tsp baking powder

Bake for 10 mins at 180 and that’s it!
