Step 1
Slice cucumbers into 1/4 “ pieces
Transfer cucumbers to bowl.
Add peanuts. In a small bowl whisk vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic and sugar.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and peanuts and toss to combine. Top with red pepper flakes and serve.
