Instructions
Step 1
1. Colour the courgette with a little olive oil in a griddle pan, until coloured on both sides
Step 2
2. For the dressing place the tahini in a bowl, slowly whisk in the lemon juice and then slowly whisk in water little by little until you reach a pouring consistency - it might seize up at first, just continue whisking in water. Season to taste.
Step 3
3. Mix everything together and enjoy
