2 ½ cupspotatoes
cubed into bite size pieces

¼ cupbutter

1 cupyellow onion
Finley chopped

3 tablespoonsflour

2 ½ cupswater
warm

2 tablespoonschicken bouillon

½ cuppotato flakes

⅛ teaspoonseason salt

½ teaspoonbasil

¼ teaspoonhot sauce

¼ teaspoonworcestershire sauce

½ cupheavy cream

½ cup2% milk
Instructions
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender NOT mushy.
Sauté onions in butter over medium heat until transparent NOT brown.
Add flour to onion and butter cook 2-3 minutes.
Add water, chicken bouillon, potato flakes, and seasoning then stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add milk and cream then stir until thickened.
Simmer for 15 minutes do not boil.
Add potatoes.
