Instructions
Step 1
Mix first 9 ingredients in a bowl together to make the marinade. Cover chicken inside and out with

Massage the marinade in well.
Step 5
Place onion and lemon quarters inside the chicken cavity.
Step 6
Place chicken in refrigerator overnight.
Step 7
Bake at 375° for recommended time according to weight.
