Instructions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together miso, water corn starch, sesame, sugar, and soy sauce until everything is mixed completely. Place steak in to the mixture, cover and place in the fridge for about 3 hours.
Step 2
Spicy soy is made by mixing together soy sauce, and the red pepper flakes.
Step 3
Pre-Heat grill or or cast iron plate to medium high.Add oil to coat, remove steaks from mixture, pat dry. Place on grill/pan cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
Step 4
Allow steaks to rest for approx 8 mins before you slice the meat.
Step 5
Serve with the Cucumber ribbon, spoon the soy sauce around the steak.
