I call this my version of teriyaki chicken from Panda Express.

Ingredients

Marinade
½ csoy sauce
1 tspapple cider vinegar
2 Tbspminced garlic
1 tspminced ginger
1 Tbsphoney
¼ cbrown sugar
2 Tbspcornstarch
red pepper flakes

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the marinade ingredients together then add the chicken. Allow to marinate for 1-4 hours in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before cooking.
Step 2
Grill or pan fry chicken thighs in oil for about 4-6 mins each side or until golden brown and internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Only flip once and do not move the chicken around too much so that it can get that golden crust. Once cooked, set aside.
Step 3
Using the same pan, add the rest of the liquid marinade and cook on low to remove any bacteria from the raw chicken. This will create your teriyaki sauce. My secret for the sauce is to add a splash of Mr. Yoshida.
Step 4
Cook your pasta and broccoli, then add everything together. Too with chicken and enjoy :)
