Ugotowane dwa buraki pokroić w plastry. Ułożyć na talerzu. Rukola. 2 sztuki pomidorki suszone drobno pokrojone, Pokroić ser kozi 45 g. Posypac 5 g parmezanu, 4 orzechy wloskie posiekać. Polać 5 g oliwy i 10 g octu balsamicznego. Sok z cytryny troszke. Można zjeść z grzanka.
