Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F/ or Preheat grill.

Step 1
Add all ingredients to lg. bowl, mixing to combine.
Step 2
Place two 18”x12” pieces of heavy foil on counter; divide shrimp & veggie mixture in half & place on each foil. Fold foil over & seal.
Step 3
Grill or bake (15-20 min.) until shrimp & vegetables are cooked through.
Step 4
Serve with rice, bread or salad.
