Stop buying those expensive ginger shots at the supermarket and make them at home! They are super cheap, you only need a few ingredients and you can drink them in the morning to boost your immune system! 😍
Make sure you add a pinch of freshly ground black pepper to activate all the anti inflammatory properties of the turmeric! 😋

Step 1
Chop your ginger and oranges (leave the rind on).
Step 2
In a blender add chopped ginger and oranges (with rind), the juice of one orange and one lime, turmeric, black pepper and water.
Step 3
Mix for a minute.
Step 4
Filter the liquid with a sieve and transfer it into some single portion glass bottles.
Step 5
Drink it every morning to boost your immune system and enjoy!
