If you suffer from food allergies or sensitivities, finding recipes can be difficult. When you suffer from many of them, then it's a minefield out there. If you have severe allergies or an autoimmune issue, these foods can create havoc in your body. Recipes submitted here should be free from the largest allergens listed in the group's graphic. Nuts, Gluten, Eggs, Dairy, Soy, Fish, Shellfish. If you submit one with any of these, then please put by the ingredient that it can be omitted or what ingredient it can be exchanged for Many of these recipes will say AIP, which is AutoImmune Protocol, or autoimmune paleo. It's a very strict temporary diet that will help you track down food sensitivities because it removes most anything that can cause problems. So if you are looking for allergen free recipes, this is a great place to start.
