Golden Sweet Cornbread

This is so good my family loves it I can not make jiffy or any other I now have to make this even my daughter in law that hates cornbread will eat and loves this

425° F Jumbo Muffins 18-20 mins

I doubled it. Used 3 eggs. Used buttermilk so I added in some extra sugar. Came out quite tasty .

400° 12-15 minutes Use melted butter instead of oil U can use 4oz diced chili pepper

I used less than a full cup of sugar and everyone loved it. I also made cinnamon honey butter to go with it. 🤤

I love this recipe! I added lemon extract and used less sugar. I will never use a box cornbread mix again.
