I decided to make this since and tweak it for butternut, which is what I had in store. I'm not too big on butternut soup to be honest, but I thought I'd give this a go, adjusting accordingly for my crowd - and wow! Fan-yummy-tastic! Absolutely delicious with the easy peasy bread I made to go with it. Winner all round. Will happily make again. 😋
