I love how quick it was in the air fryer. I omitted the extra water in the sauce and only added a tiny bit of olive oil. I shredded some carrots for the slaw as well and substituted Greek yogurt for the Mayo. I substituted chili garlic paste for the sriracha and brown mustard for regular yellow mustard in the chicken mixture. I could probably have used 4 lb of chicken instead of just one and a quarter.
