Instructions
Step 1
Cut cauliflower into florets
Step 2
Add cauliflower to large ziplock bag
Step 3
Add coconut oil, close up and shake
Step 4
Open bag and add cornstarch, close bag and mix
Step 5
Spray cooking sheet with oil and spread cauliflower onto sheet
Step 6
Bake at 425˚f degrees for 15 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. Lastly broil for another 3-5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Step 7
In small sauce pan add, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder and salt. Mix cornstarch and cold water and pour into sauce pan.
Step 8
Simmer on low heat, stirring consistently until sauce thickens. About 5-8 minutes.
Step 9
Pour sauce over cauliflower and serve with rice.
