Instructions
Step 1
Wash and slice the potatoes in half.
Step 2
Using a sharp knife, carefully score the inside of the potato surface.
Step 3
In a baking dish, pour the melted butter, parmesan cheese, and seasonings into the bottom. Stir to combine and spread the paste evenly over the bottom of the baking dish.
Step 4
Add in the potato halves, with the inside of the potato facing down in the parmesan paste.
Step 5
Bake at 415° for 25 minutes.
