Love this! Prefer to make things homemade instead of all the unnatural ingredients found in store bought. This is definitely one of my go to recipes for salad dressing.

Personally, I would half the garlic and mustard. I like them but the quantity overwhelms the red wine vinegar. Also would increase the vinegar by a table spoon... but this could depend on your oild.
