Ingredients

6 leavesbutter lettuce
½ cupcorn
1hass avocado
diced, more oil and fat percentage, creamier, and preferred
0.5English cucumber
diced
¼ cupred onion
finely diced
cherry tomatoes
sliced in half
¼ cupcilantro leaves
loosely packed
¼ cupwhite wine vinegar
¼ cupolive oil
2 tablespoonslime juice
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
½ teaspoondijon mustard
⅛ teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl add the corn, diced avocado, diced cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes and cilantro.
Step 2
In a separate bowl add all of the cilantro dressing ingredients and blend using an immersion blender or use a blender.
Step 3
Pour over the salad and mix gently.
Step 4
Lay butter lettuce leaves in a bowl, place the salad over the lettuce. Enjoy!
