2 cupssugar snap peas

1avocado
sliced

1 Tbspsesame seeds

1 tspchilli flakes

¼ cupparsley

salt
to taste

pepper
to taste
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dressing by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
Step 2
Slice the sugar snap peas lengthways and assemble on a plate. Place avocado quarters over the top. Spoon over dressing, sprinkle over sesame seeds, chilli and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
