Creamy Ham, Pea, & Potato Casserole

Family LOVED this! Definitely will be a good to recipe! I made the peas on the side.

I added a little garlic powder and starting cooking potato slices in the insta pot while making the sauce. I then poured the sauce and remaining ingredients in the instapot and stirred. I cooked for another half hour and potatoes are soft. I did feel like it was missing something, so I sprinkled some cheddar on top.

Not to my liking. Cooked for 1 hour and potatoes not done. Cooked for another hour and still raw potatoes. I suggest par boiling potatoes first. However, I didn't care for the taste so, I won't be making again.

Added broccoli and green beans

I had to use frozen green beans since that is what I had.
