Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the peanut butter, pumpkin puree, honey, vanilla extract.

Mix these ingredients well until they become combined.

Then, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, chocolate chips, and pumpkin spice to the bowl.
Step 4
Mix them all again till you get a uniform dough. Add a little more oats if the dough is sticky.
Step 5
Prepare a baking sheet, and lightly spray it with cooking oil spray.
Step 6
Next, using your desired size ice cream scooper, scoop the dough into small balls, and place them onto the baking sheet.
Step 7
Place the balls in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up and enjoy.
