Homemade Pizza Sauce

Add the tomato paste and dried herbs to the pot before adding the crushed tomatoes and cook until the paste is brick red. Tomato sauce works just as well as crushed tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil after simmering and emulsify with an immersion blender. Season with a pinch of salt at the end. I didn't need to add sugar. This was surprisingly very good.
