Creamy tarragon chicken with asparagus

Was good, everyone enjoyed it! I did add a beef stock cube as well as chicken stock.

Pretty bland.

There was no seasoning on the potatoes at all, so I added butter, salt, and pepper. The "creamy" sauce is very watery! It's basically just broth. The asparagus didn't get done. I also had to add salt to the dish.

Used whole milk and thickened broth with corn starch. Split liquids with white wine. Served with pearl couscous. A+

Added heavy cream just to thicken it up, and the chicken was dry. But the asparagus was good!
