Soup maker carrot and coriander soup

This is gorgeous. I only made one change and that was coriander seed. I ground about a table spoon full in a pestle and mortar, threw it all in the soup maker and it was lovely and thick in 15-20 mins.

didn’t have a soup maker but i just boiled the ingredients and blended it and it looks similar and tastes lovely

Really tasty, don't use too much fresh coriander at the end.
