Instructions

Step 1
Sauté diced onion for 10 minutes. Add peeled and diced squash, cauliflower and diced potatoes and sautee for another 15 min
Step 2
Add water to fill 3/4 of 8 qt pot. Bring to a boil, add salt and pepper and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Blend and serve with croutons
