Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, 350 F, Gas mark 4.

Step 2
Arrange slices of swede, potato, carrot and leek in a oven proof dish.
Step 3
Pour stock over and dot the spread over the top.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake for 1 hour then remove foil and cook for a further 20-25 mins until veg are tender and a golden colour.
