Baked Pineapple Teriyaki Pork Chops (paleo) Save this post, full recipe 👇🏾 Occasionally I use my oven. This is one of the 1st recipes I posted to my blog back in 2016. It was long overdue for an update. I took the feedback into consideration, especially regarding the sauce. 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork chops 1 pineapple slice for each pork chop SAUCE 1/3 cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce) 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 tablespoons rice vinegar 3 tablespoons water 3 tablespoons honey 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 2 teaspoons arrowroot starch (or another starch) 1 tablespoon oil BAKE Preheat the oven to 375. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pork chops. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until the pork chops are browned to your liking. Place 1 slice of pineapple on top of each pork chop.In a small bowl whisk together sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce on top of the pork and pineapple.Cover and bake 30 minutes in preheated oven. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling. ✨More info: . . . . . . .

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pork chops. Cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until the pork chops are browned to your liking.
