Bacon, Egg & Cheese Skillet Breakfast Sandwich

Make this all the time. Easy and filling. This time I used leftover pumpkin french toast for the bread and whole eggs. Still fantastic.

This is so good I usually make it with a tortilla, but this is soo good too

Quick and easy, very little clean up, delicious. Might add some spinach to get healthy vegetable serving.
